Ethos & Values
The education we offer ensures that every pupil achieves confidence and success through high quality educational experiences, with a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum that has an emphasis on core learning.
The pupils develop the ability to communicate in an intelligent, articulate and confident manner, learning in a stimulating, safe and welcoming environment with first class educational experiences, which supports them to thrive and develop holistically as all-rounders.
Our ultimate aim is to instil a love for learning and a desire to be motivated to enable pupils to be proud of their achievements, aiming to succeed in all they do and to become responsible and engaged local, national and international citizens focused on improving life chances for themselves and others be that educationally, environmentally or in other ways.
Education at Watling Park School is for life. It is the aim that each student will leave the school, not only with the best possible educational attainment, particularly in the basic skills of literacy and numeracy, but also with the skills and attitudes needed to succeed and achieve fulfilment in a rapidly changing world so they make a positive contribution as responsible and valuable members of society.
