Our Wembley Stadium experience!

We were delighted to be randomly selected for this fantastic Wembley experience through our community membership - an opportunity we certainly weren’t going to miss!

When we arrived, the pitch was divided into four quarters, giving our pupils the chance to rotate through three activity stations and a 6‑a‑side match. Each activity lasted around 15 minutes and included two football drills and a lively penalty shootout. The children threw themselves into everything with brilliant energy and teamwork.

Afterwards, all the schools gathered for a group photo with the England mascots. We then split into two groups: one enjoyed a mini tour of the Players’ dressing room, while the other had photos taken on the pitch with the mascots. It was a memorable day for our pupils, and our pupils represented Watling Park School beautifully.
